Looking after the people is what the government should do but when the people won’t look after themselves what can you do?

Who wants houses built but does not want them near?

We like to live but choose to die.

Since when was truth a lie?

Don’t ask me about self inflicted woe.

Dirty water and air not fit to breathe, people in need.

Will we die of greed?

A forgotten word among all the neglect.

Half truths are lies as well.

Free Air

When you give things away free people waste them like the air, the land, the sea.

Do you agree?

They treat them like dirt, who gets hurt?

All, each and everyone.

What price the Sun?

Your life of course is free.

To be or not to be.

To waste or not to waste.

Food had taste.

Enjoy whats left while its there.

Whatever

Whatever age I die at I will be too young to die.

Don’t ask me why, I just know, don’t ask why.

I have that feeling from somewhere, in the air.

Its everywhere.

I would like to break the mould before I’m old.

It’s a bit late, must I meet my fate?

An end to formal poetry and prose, God knows.

That emperor wears no clothes.

End formality.

Informality for me.

And others, wait and see.

Getting There

It does not take long to get where I want to go.

I don’t walk fast, I walk slow.

When I think about it it seems a long way.

That is not the truth, I have all day.

Its nearer than I think and a joy when I am there.

I enjoy fresh air.

Name Of God

In the name of God where is God if not everywhere?

The very air, here and there.

God is truth, that is not all.

We live on a round ball.

He is love, what we all need.

Rare indeed.

Love is giving, is this living?

God and truth are absolutely ignored.

If you speak of God people are bored.

Truth is hated.

People waited.

God is everyday.

He has not gone away.

When all else fails he will return.

In Hell we burn.

God is what you put first.

We have not seen the worst.

The Devil cursed.

The result you see.

Where does that leave me?

Hoping truth will be.

From ourselves set us free.

Including me.

Don’t forget me.

Is it good enough to wait and see?

No.

If you want to know you know.

I told you so.

So now you know.

Name

Only an egotist gives his name to the Gardai.

I did once and I am free.

I referred to that before and will not any more.

A friend of mine, now late lamented, received a summons for being in a pub after hours.

Someone else gave his name, he did not send flowers.

My friend went to court and was able to prove he was not there.

The miscreant vanished into thin air.

Some people say we should have identity cards, they suggested it in the U.K., people were up in arms.

The surveillance state lacks charms.

In China it is case of shut up and eat your bun.

North Korea too is not much fun.

Some would like communism here.

I’ll have another beer.
